BP157 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of pressure transmitter sensor :
The BP157 pressure transmitter sensor employs an HT series silicon
pressure-resistant isolation membrane oil-filled core as its signal
measuring element. The principle pressure sensor revolves around the utilization of
diffused silicon technology to measure pressure variations. This
type of sensor typically comprises a thin diaphragm made of
silicon, which undergoes deformation when subjected to pressure
changes. As the pressure exerted on the diaphragm varies, its
resistance also alters accordingly.
The mechanism operates based on the piezoresistive effect, where
the electrical resistance of the silicon diaphragm changes
proportionally with the applied mechanical stress or pressure. When
pressure is applied, the silicon diaphragm deforms, causing strain
on the material. This strain, in turn, alters the resistance of the
silicon, leading to a change in the electrical signal produced by
the sensor.

1. When selecting the product, please ensure that the medium to be
measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type
products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the
power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended
that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure
that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring
is -20ºC to 250ºC. When the product's operating temperature is
below -20ºC, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials.
If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable
material. If you require a different cable material, please specify
it in the order.
7. For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous
impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency
interference, please inform our company and specify them in the
