1. Weight Set :

Please press “Reset / On key to start, an initial number will show 50 Kg (or 130 Lbs), and press “Set” key and you will see the W (weight) column start to flicker, then press “Up” or “Down” key for adjustment till you weight is accurately shown and press “Set” key again to complete input process. The T(Time) column will begin flickering at this time, then proceed Workout Alarm Set step

• The number of weight must be entered before use. The max. set number is 110 Kg (or 250Lbs) and min. 20 Kg (or 40 Lbs)

2. Workout Alarm Set:

After entering weight, the T(Time) column should be flickering. And now please press “Up” or “Down” key for adjustment till your target time is confirmed, then press “Set” key again to complete input process You should see a Zero followed by a “Beep” when time is up and all counting (L-LAP,T-Time,C-Calorie) will stop automatically

• Max. alarm is 60 minutes / Min. alarm is 1 minute
• If Time set is not required, then you only press “Set” key after Weight Set
