ASME B16.9 Buttweld CS Pipe Fitting Eccentric Reducer is a type of pipe fitting used in piping systems to connect pipes of different diameters. It is designed to facilitate the smooth flow of fluids or gases by transitioning between two pipes of varying sizes while keeping the centerlines of the pipes at different levels . Pipe Fitting Eccentric reducers are commonly used in industrial applications where fluid or gas flow needs to be controlled, directed, or reduced.

Reducer is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe diameter. The commonly used forming process is reducing, expanding or reducing plus expanding, and stamping can also be used for reducing pipes of certain specifications.
A. Reducing/expanding forming
The reducing forming process of the reducer is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the big end of the reducer into the forming die. By pressing along the axial direction of the tube blank, the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form. According to the size of reducer, it can be divided into one press forming or multiple press forming.
B. Stamping forming
In addition to using steel pipes as raw materials to produce reducers, the reducers of some specifications can also be produced by using the steel plate stamping process. The shape of the die used for drawing is designed according to the size of the inner surface of the reducer, and the blanking steel plate is punched and stretched with the die.
Before bonding the reducer, the socket side and the outside of the socket shall be wiped with a dry cloth. When there is oil stain on the surface, it must be wiped. The following points should be noted:
1. Control caliber: DIN standard (DN10-DN150), 3A/IDF standard (1/2 "- 6"), ISO standard( Ф 12.7- Ф 152.4);
2. International industrial standards: DIN, ISO, SMS, 3A, IDF, etc;
3. Product material: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L;
