Relying on the Institute of Optoelectronic Integration Microsystems and the Joint Laboratory of Optical Convergence and Perception of the Tianjin Institute of Electronics, Tsinghua University, the company has already launched a number of semiconductor optical amplifiers SOA (1060nm, 1310nm, 1550nm).
