Main functions:

The production line consists of a raw material storage unit, embossing and slitting unit, printing machine and winding machine.

1:Use the servo motor to lay the cable, roll the 5~15MM wide strap, and select the corresponding bandwidth through the touch screen to roll, without manually changing the transmission gear.

2: Paper core size: ID200mm*Height170mm~190mm, after the winding is completed by the machine automatically stops, manually change the roll

3: 12 units individually controlled dual servo motor winding heads, the rewinding shaft uses servo gear motor, the speed of rewinding is the same as the speed of slitting machine. So that different grams or width of the paper strap with the appropriate torque for winding, try to reduce the bending deformation of the paper strap after winding.
