Per 1gm contains

Levofloxacin Hydrochloride ...............10mg

Colistin sulfate.................................10mg

Indication:

Levocol 15 It is a cyclic poly peptide antibiotic and has a bacterial action against selected Gram negative bacterial For poultry like Colibacillosis ,Salmonellosis, For Livestock like gastro intestinal infections caused by E-Coli and salmonella organisms.

Instructions for use:

Administer through the drinking water

Dosage

Poultry: 1gram/2Liters continue 3-5days

Livestock: 1-2gram per 80kg body weight twice daily, continue 5-7days

Half dosage for prevention

Withdrwal period:

Poultry 7days ,Livestock meat 2days. Milk 5days

Storage:

Keep well sealed in a cool, dry place protected from light.
