Description Description

MLG-T Model is a high strength woven airbag with spiral type which is firstly invented by our company and is granted with national patent. Its structure mainly includes rubber body, metal heads and a pressure gauge. The rubber layer is made of natural rubber mixed with high strength synthetic tyre cords and some other special ingredients. The content of natural rubber is over 50%.

Production process

The whole spiral woven body is made as a whole part to enhance the strength. The tyre cord layers are woven crossly from two heads. The air tightness is inspected and tested during the production process to make sure no leakage is possible. The high strength tire cords contribute to improve the performance of anti-explosion against high pressure. All the process is conducted with the body filled with inflated air.
