Main features

Our cable tray roll forming machine is capable of making different sizes of cable trays through automatic adjust and replacing punching mold. The cable trays produced by this roll forming production line are extensively used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry, television, and telecommunications.

In order to improve punching precision, we adopt servo feeding technology to make sure that the punching accuracy can reach more or less than 0.15 mm.In consideration of decreasing sheet distortion caused by rear cutting, cable tray roll forming machine is designed with front cutting device. This roll forming production line is also equipped with a proper guiding device to ensure that the front-cutting sheet can be fed into the roll former correctly.
