DY-4 is used where the ultimate toughness,durability,and chemical resistance are required.It is often blended with DY-1 grade to increase sprayable solids.Because of its excellent tensile and tear properties,it is ideally suited for strippable coatings applications,metal,can paint,modules carpet, magnetic card,cable,flooring,etc.

Solubility & Compatibility:

DY-4 is white powder,ketone soluble with colorless,transparent solution,and it offers a desirable balance of chemical resistance, solubility, film strength, and thermoplasticity, has a good adhesion on paper, acrylic resin, PVC, ABS and PC, etc.

Stability:

DY-4 resin has excellent light and heat stability, but when it is used outdoors or at higher temperature, the following stabilizers are suggested to use with it, such as organotin stabilizer without sulphur, epoxy compound stabilizer, light resistant ultraviolet stabilizer.

Packaging and Storage:

DY-4 resin is usually packaged into the craft paper-plastic composite bag lined with plastic film according to 25Kgs per bag.

DY-4 resin should be stored in dry place away from sunlight. Any queries on technology or quality assurance can be inquired to our company.
