It is the fully automatic production line for making bite sized waffle cones, rolled sugar cones, it is generally possible to make sugar cones with a height of 5 cm to 15 cm, and special sizes can also be customized.

The ice cream cone production line is made of the high quality stainless steel 304, has anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions to ensure that the produced sugar cone is clean and hygienic.

1. The heating method of the machine is gas heating (natural gas heating and liquefied gas heating).
2. The baking plate of waffle cone line is cast iron, with good thermal conductivity and fast heating.

3. The baking temperature can be adjusted, and the upper and lower mold temperatures can be combined to reach 300 degrees.
4. This production line can make bite sized ice cream cones. The thickness of the cone is 1.7 mm.
