Overview of Retrievable Packer 3 1/2"

The 3 1/2" Retrievable packer is used in 3 1/2" casing, which is suitable for slim hole downhole operation, such as drill stem testing operation, treating operation, and squeeze cementing operations. The 3 1/2" retrievable packer is a sort of full bore type mechanical setting packer, which consists of a J-slot mechanism, hydraulic slips, packer elements and mechanical slips. The large, heavy-duty slips in the hydraulic hold down mechanism of the retrievable packer can prevent the tool string from being pumped up the hole.

* The full opening design of the retrievable permits pumping large volumes of fluid with a minimum pressure dropd

* Tubing-type guns and other wireline tools can be run through the retrievable packer.

* The retrievable packer can be set as many times as necessary

* With the large, heavy-duty slips, the retrievable packer have greater holding ability .

* The retrievable circulating valve can be connected with the packer to lock into open or closed position

during squeezing or treating operations, and opens easily to allow circulation above the packer.
