Marine Berthing Pneumatic Rubber Fenders 1.0m x 1.5m Rope Cover Fender

Marine Pneumatic Rubber Fenders is made of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber layer with compressed air inside to enable it to float on the water and work as a connection compact energy absorber between two ships (ship-to-ship), or between ships and berthing facilities when they come alongside each other on water.

The fender can be protected by rope cover, tire chain net cover and can be used without cover as well.

Fender with rope net: Fender body is wrapped with a nylon rope net.It can protect the fender body and lengthen the life of the fender.

Structure of pneumatic rubber fender

Marine Pneumatic Rubber Fenders made of an outer rubber, reinforcement synthetic tyre cord layers, and inner rubber, vulcanized firmly.

Outer rubber layer used to protect the cord layers and inner rubber layer from abrasion and other external forces. This rubber layer has sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated weather conditions and severe usage.

The reinforced synthetic tyre cord layers to maintain the internal pressure of the fender.

The inner rubber layer seals the pressed air inside the pneumatic rubber fender.
