Main equipment of continuous sucker rod production line
In the production process, uncoiler, straightening machine, flash butt welding machine, power tractor, flaw detection machine, induction heating furnace, roll forming machine, shot blasting machine and so on are mainly used. The production line is highly integrated and easy to operate. The whole production process can be completed by 5-7 people. It can deal with the material of continuous sucker rod with diameter of 15mm-47mm. It can be applied to products of different specifications. Annual treatment capacity can reach 100000——50000 meters.
Engineers design according to the factory layout, so I need to know the floor plan of the factory and workshop.
