PDC Anchor Bit

PDC anchor bit is mainly applied to drilling Anchor-network support hole in coal mine, therefore fast and high efficiency is guaranteed in cave excavating. And also used in water conservancy and hydropower.

Characteristics:

1. adopt new type superhard material-PDC cutters as main cutting tool, with much longer working life(10-30 times) than carbide bits.
2. Greatly improve drilling efficiency in medium and hard rock formation
3. Perfect stability in penetration and hole drilling, PDC is not easy to be collapsed.
4. Do not hole shrinkage and high successful hole rate. Therefore the rolled up powder and anchor could be greatly reduced
5. Reduce the labor intensity
6. Applicable rock formation: 4≤f≤12
